Jobplaneten works with young people through 4 stages: POCKET MONEY INVESTMENT: Young people between the ages of 13 and 15 are employed to carry out tasks within the framework of the comprehensive plans. The pocket money effort is based on relationship work between the young person and the workplace. The young person is trained to undertake a leisure-time job, and receives individual guidance and training. LEISURE JOBS IN MUNICIPAL INSTITUTIONS: The young people are employed by collaboration partners in the municipality, e.g. in daycare centers and nursing homes. The free time job is an educational course, and at the same time a bridge to vocational training and work opportunities. LEISURE JOBS IN PRIVATE COMPANIES: The target group for this type of leisure job is young people aged 15-18 who are ready to join a working community. Through 3 stages, the young people are equipped to take on tasks in the business world, and have shown that they can be a stable resource for a private company. INTERNSHIPS AND APPRENTICESHIPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE: jobplanet continuously supports young people who are looking for internships and apprenticeships as part of their education.
