All offers of work are subject to established pre‑employment checks, including a health declaration, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance, and proof of the right to work in the UK. Contracts are issued on a nil‑hours basis and the work is sessional, meaning approval to join the pool does not guarantee ongoing assignments.
