Answer: Because we work with proactive talent pipelines and maintain daily contact with our network, we can typically propose qualified candidates within 1 to 3 business days of receiving your request. We don’t start our search from scratch; we reach out to experts we already know and trust.
2. Do you work with subcontractors?
Answer: No. We are not fans of the "margin-on-margin" model. We source and attract talent directly from the market. We believe that adding a third party (a subcontractor) makes the invoice unnecessarily high for the client and dilutes the quality of communication. We prefer a direct, transparent relationship between us, the candidate, and you.
3. How do you ensure a "Cultural Fit" for the Belgian market?
Answer: Beyond technical skills, we screen for language proficiency (NL/FR/EN) and communication styles that match the Belgian corporate or public sector. We personally interview every candidate to ensure they have the soft skills required to integrate seamlessly into your specific team environment.

Answer: We stand by the quality of our search. Synctiv offers a replacement guarantee. If a direct-hire candidate leaves within a specified guarantee period, we will prioritize finding a replacement for that position at no additional recruitment cost to you.

Answer: Because we avoid subcontractors and maintain a lean, direct-hire model for our freelance network, our rates are highly competitive. You pay for expertise, not for a chain of multiple agencies taking a cut of the margin.
6. Do you handle all the freelance administration and contracting?
Answer: Yes. Synctiv takes care of the entire contractual and administrative process. We ensure all compliance, insurance, and invoicing requirements are met, so your internal team can focus purely on the technical delivery of the project.
