Drawing on more than 30 years of executive search and governance advisory experience, the firm delivers a curated shortlist of three pre vetted candidates in 10 business days, giving clients speed, clarity, and control while they run interviews and make the final hire. Shortlist3 focuses on passive candidates who are not responding to job ads, applying targeted outreach and rigorous screening rather than keyword matching. The structured sprint begins with a 30 minute role briefing to confirm scope, salary band, must haves, culture markers, and reporting lines. Days 2 to 8 are dedicated to search and screening across networks, databases, and direct approaches. On day 10 clients receive three fully profiled, interview ready candidates including CVs, salary expectations, availability, screening notes, and a concise rationale for fit. Clients then manage interviews and offers, with optional add ons such as reference checks, psychometric profiling, and qualification verification available but never mandatory. Pricing is transparent and fixed regardless of salary outcome: Standard 1,950 AUD plus GST for roles at 60k to 90k, Specialist 2,950 AUD plus GST for 90k to 130k, Executive 3,950 AUD plus GST for 130k to 180k, and Strategic 5,500 AUD plus GST for 180k to 250k and above. Compared with a typical retained fee around 15 percent of salary, organizations routinely save many thousands while keeping full ownership of the hire. A one time re run guarantee applies if no candidate proceeds to interview, with the same brief resourced at no additional cost. Shortlist3 sells qualified shortlists, not placements, and operates alongside retained executive search and board advisory work.
