The organisation’s SEQOHS-accredited occupational health and wellbeing division, OH One, supports employers with absence management, return-to-work programmes, neurodiversity support, physiotherapy and musculoskeletal services, and broader workplace health solutions tailored to organisational needs. For support organisations and primes, H2E provides specialist welfare-to-work services including independent occupational health assessments, counselling and talking therapies, case management, and targeted health-and-work training that adds measurable value to employability programmes.
