Through major contracts including Workforce Australia, Inclusive Employment Australia, Parent Pathways and the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, ETC supports diverse job seekers—including young people, parents and carers, people with disability, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples—to overcome barriers, build capability and secure sustainable jobs. As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6998), ETC works closely with employers to co-design industry-aligned training and short courses such as hospitality essentials (RSA/RCG and food safety), business, computing and individual support, and facilitates traineeships and apprenticeships that grow talent pipelines.
