Company Description
The Education Partnership is a specialist provider of primary science curriculum support that gives schools access to high quality Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 programmes, CPD, events, and classroom ready resources. Developed and led by award winning science educator Brenda Hayles, a former Deputy Headteacher with more than 25 years of teaching and leadership experience, the HEP Science primary curriculum is now used across Haringey, Enfield and Waltham Forest and in over 150 schools nationally. Through a subscription model, schools benefit from a fully sequenced, knowledge rich curriculum aligned to the UK National Curriculum, complete with detailed unit booklets, lesson toolkits, assessment guidance, and exemplification that strengthen subject knowledge and pedagogy. The Education Partnership delivers a comprehensive Science Training Programme each academic year, offering live and recorded CPD for teachers and subject leaders, as well as borough network activity that builds a collaborative community of practice. Its resource library includes downloadable sample materials such as Year 6 Living Things and their Habitats: Classification, while termly guidance posts spotlight coherent progressions, for example life cycles through reproduction and classification to adaptation and evolution in biology, and core physics topics such as light and electricity. Brenda regularly presents at national education events, including BETT 2025, and creates curriculum aligned visual resources to support classroom implementation. Schools and multi school communities can join the HEP Science Curriculum, access recorded training sessions on demand, and receive responsive support for content and booklet orders. Based at Hornsey School for Girls in Crouch End, The Education Partnership operates within Haringey Education Partnership, combining hands on curriculum design with practical professional development so teachers are equipped to deliver engaging, high impact science lessons. With clear pathways for subject leadership and ongoing CPD, the service helps schools embed consistency, raise confidence in science teaching, and improve pupil outcomes across KS1 and KS2.
