EasyTalent is an on demand talent acquisition service purpose built for fintech, payments, SaaS and B2B technology teams that do not yet have an internal recruitment function. Based in Melbourne at 120 Spencer St, the firm replaces ad hoc job ads and percentage fee agencies with a dedicated recruiter per role who owns the process end to end while managers retain control of interviews, assessment and final hiring decisions. Working on a month to month basis with fixed pricing, zero commissions and no lock in contracts, EasyTalent delivers proactive sourcing, market mapping across hundreds of Australian fintech, banking and payments companies, targeted LinkedIn advertising, structured screening, interview coordination, reference checks and offer management. Typical clients hire 5 to 25 roles a year and are often sub 100 headcount, including global companies establishing or scaling Australian satellite teams. The model focuses on outcomes and efficiency: engaged, qualified shortlists in about 7 days, an average fintech time to hire around 35 days, and meaningful savings versus agency fees that can exceed 22k per hire, while freeing managers from roughly 19 hours per month of admin and coordination. EasyTalent supports a broad spectrum of white collar and leadership roles across product and delivery, sales and revenue, customer success and operations, risk, compliance and financial crime, finance and commercial, marketing and growth, technology and platforms, and general management. Founded in 2024 by managing recruiter Craig Danvers, who brings over 13 years of experience hiring for fintech and payments companies from startups to global brands, EasyTalent was created to give growing firms the ownership, structure and repeatability that larger enterprises gain from in house talent acquisition teams. Clients can start, pause and bank unused time as needs change, and can use the same subscription model to recruit both permanent and contract hires without separate placement fees or candidate ownership tactics.
