Acts Of Random Kindness Victoria (ARK VIC) is a Melbourne based non profit established in 2019, with roots dating back to 2012 as a grassroots community group focused on bridging gaps for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people. Led by Executive Director J. Eangano Singehebhuye, the organization serves multicultural communities across Victoria, especially young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, by delivering practical, values driven programs that build confidence, capability, and belonging. ARK VIC blends community outreach and education, offering community engagement events, family days, sports programs that develop character and teamwork, and a Street Feed initiative that supports food security. Its education portfolio spans life skills mentoring, etiquette training, civic and citizenship learning, and women in leadership workshops, all designed to cultivate soft skills, purpose, and resilience that translate into better engagement at school, home, and work. Since inception, ARK VIC has supported over 400 young women and 1,000 children, with more than 851 youth completing programs and over 405 supported by staff and volunteers in recent initiatives. The charity actively partners with schools, community groups, and businesses to open pathways to mentoring, educational opportunities, workforce preparation, and employment, using collaboration to expand reach and impact.
