A Certified Benefits Counselor (CPWIC) is on staff to deliver expert SSI/SSDI benefits counseling, helping clients understand how earnings may affect cash and medical benefits and how to report income properly, while tracking milestones to stay aligned with SSA guidelines. Beyond placement, the team provides longterm career support, assisting with transitions, promotions, and job changes so clients can maintain and grow their careers. The organization also offers practical tools and resourcesfrom clear workathome requirements to pay stub reporting guidanceto reduce barriers and build confidence.
