WeDoSearch delivers two core offerings: end to end Executive Search for hiring managers and boards, and ReSearch, a project based service that builds a qualified shortlist through telephone outreach and source calls, typically used by established executive search firms that want additional capacity. The team manages the full process from market mapping and first contact to in depth interviews, facilitation of client presentations and, when requested, candidate assessments and case interviews. Operating primarily in Denmark, WeDoSearch extends its reach through trusted senior researchers in the United Kingdom, Sweden and Norway, enabling cross border searches and access to broader candidate pools. The firm also develops in house capability for clients through practical, on the job training programs for researchers, recruitment consultants and talent acquisition professionals working in HR and professional services, and it offers access to executive coaching and mentoring through UnleashPotential to support leaders beyond hiring. Candidate care and confidentiality are central, and the company adheres to GDPR best practice by using personal data only for search purposes and securely deleting it after each assignment. Whether the brief is a critical executive hire or a hard to fill specialist role, WeDoSearch focuses on thoroughness, discretion and long term value.
