Company Description

True Anomaly is a defense technology company focused exclusively on space defense, designing and building spacecraft, software, and payloads that deliver decisive capabilities for space superiority. Its multirole Jackal platform sets a performance benchmark with a high-thrust, highdeltav propulsion stack in an ESPAGrande form factor, a 20thruster configuration for precision maneuvering, and modular mission hardpoints that accommodate a broad spectrum of sensors and effectors. Jackal variants support missions across Low Earth Orbit today and extend to Geosynchronous and Cislunar regimes with enhanced radiation shielding, redundant electronics, upgraded PNT, deepspace communications, expanded power, and advanced thermal management, enabling payloads from 50 kg/200 W in baseline to 200 kg/1,000 W for deepspace configurations. Complementing the hardware, the Mosaic autonomy platform transforms commander intent into autonomous action, fusing space and ground sensor data across classification levels, preserving human judgment for planning while delegating execution to machine control, and accelerating the OODA loop with AIenabled decision support. Mosaics open, interoperable architecture avoids vendor lock and supports red/blue simulations, simoverlive, livevirtual integrations, and thirdparty data lakes, providing a single user interface from highfidelity training through live operations so operators can train like they fight. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Denver, the company has scaled rapidly with GravityWorks facilities in Centennial, CO and Long Beach, CA, Mission Control in Colorado Springs, and Government Affairs in Washington, DC. Milestones include Mission X1 (April 2024), which designed, built, and fielded the first two Jackal spacecraft in LEO and deployed the fullstack Mosaic software, and Mission X2 (December 2024), which successfully deployed another Jackal and captured firstlight imagery, with Mission X3 (Q1 2026) and VICTUS HAZE (Q2 2026) queued to demonstrate endtoend kill chain and rendezvous and proximity operations. Backed by significant venture funding through Series C, True Anomaly is built by operators for operators to enable a secure, stable, and sustainable space domain for the United States, its allies, and partners.
