Its Therapeutic Behavioral Support program, led by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and implemented with Registered Behavior Technicians, uses Functional Behavior Assessments and data-driven Behavior Support Plans to address behaviors that interfere with success at work, home, and in the community. For young adults, the firm delivers the UCLA-developed PEERS curriculum to build social skills that generalize to home, community, and workplace settings, engaging social coaches to reinforce learning. For employers, The Choice Group serves as a consultative ally to recruit, hire, retain, and advance diverse talent, advising on disability inclusion, job carving, reasonable accommodations, and retention strategies.
