Stephanie brings more than two decades of advisory experience that spans global executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles, management consulting at A.T. Kearney and Infosys, and in-house talent leadership at the Samsung Strategy & Innovation Center in Silicon Valley, where she led talent acquisition and culture development. This cross-functional foundation enables TAN Talent Group to blend analytical rigor, operational pragmatism and market insight, applying a partnership model characterized by creativity, speed and problem solving to help clients get to better answers, faster. The firm delivers insights and advice throughout each engagement and broadens clients access to exceptional networks, serving venture capital and private equity investors and their portfolio companies from seed through later-stage growth and public company transitions.
