Beyond its wholly owned pipeline, the company collaborates with industry leaders, including Novartis on in vivo gene editing for disorders such as sickle cell disease, iECURE on an ARCUS gene insertion program in OTC deficiency (ECUR506) with encouraging clinical updates, and TG Therapeutics and Imugene on its allogeneic CAR T legacy asset AzerCel in autoimmune diseases and oncology.
