Clients use a secure customer platform to manage candidates and test campaigns at scale, leveraging features such as email templates, CSV import, advanced filters, custom data fields, configurable start and end pages, time windows and accommodations, and granular user and permission controls. Results are delivered as clear, modular reports including performance profiles, job matching visualizations, detailed narratives, and interest maps, with raw data export for use in applicant tracking systems. The testing software is BITV 2.0 certified to meet current accessibility requirements, and Perseo serves public sector bodies and private companies of all sizes across the DACH region. By standardizing evaluation with objective and fair assessments, Perseo reduces screening time, improves candidate experience, and enhances compliance, while still allowing fully tailored test configurations when off the shelf solutions are not sufficient. Perseo does not offer practice access for test takers, ensuring the integrity of results for clients who need reliable evidence for selection decisions.
