Its customized service package covers end-to-end delivery: sourcing and recruitment; coordinating interviews in Poland; document collection; embassy and consulate interaction; and pre-boarding and onboarding that includes airport pick-up, safety- and language-focused training, drug and alcohol testing, local identification and banking set-up, travel and accommodation support, and test preparation. Once deployed, Maxxen provides on-site control and ongoing contact, sets clear expectations, and conducts regular performance reviews. The firm manages employment and HR administration, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, payroll management, insurance coverage, time control, and rotational travel logistics, as well as assistance with local transportation and accommodation as required. At project close, it oversees demobilization and post-mortem assessments to capture learnings for future assignments. This integrated approach enables clients to scale qualified crews quickly while maintaining compliance, safety, and productivity across complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
