The EUR 100K+ guarantee underpins quality and relevance: roles are monitored daily and any listing found below the threshold or already in a final stage is removed, with affected applicants compensated by three months of Premium membership. Operating primarily in the Netherlands while also featuring select opportunities across neighboring markets, Lintberg serves both passive and active executives by making discovery effortless, confidential, and efficient, and it supports recruiting teams by augmenting their sourcing with targeted access to hard to reach leadership talent.
