When a client elects to hire a Klatt temporary directly, a defined 90day waiting period keeps the employee on Klatts payroll before fee-free transfer, ensuring an orderly, transparent transition for all parties. In addition to office staffing, Klatt uniquely curates musicians and vocalists for weddings, church services, community concerts, and other events, applying the same rigorous matching and payrolling approach so clients receive a single invoice while performers are paid accurately and compliantly.
