The firm designs 13 week courses that blend six weeks of intensive job search training (with in person attendance two days per week) followed by seven weeks of personal coaching, as well as focused modules on leveraging LinkedIn, building networks, and applying social selling and Sales Navigator in the job search. JobOst also facilitates practical internships of four to eight weeks to help candidates explore new occupations and convert opportunities into employment.
