Partner Consultant Melanie Damm has led recruiting functions in the nonprofit sector for over fifteen years, with experience at Taproot Foundation, Summer Search, Relay Resources, and Koya, and manages searches ranging from Executive Directors to part-time support, particularly for organizations advancing social, racial, and environmental justice in the Pacific Northwest. Affiliate Consultant Shavon Bell is a candidate-centered talent-sourcing specialist with roles at Berklee College of Music, Koya Leadership Partners, HubSpot, and Offor Talent Group; she designs innovative sourcing strategies that strengthen the early stages of recruitment and ensure access to broad, diverse talent pools. Affiliate Consultant Melissa Madzel leads Do Good Connections, a boutique talent advisory firm focused on equitable leadership transitions in the social justice arena, drawing on prior leadership at Axis Talent Partners and Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group to support high-impact executive searches and transitions.
