Affiliate Consultant Melissa Madzel leads Do Good Connections, a boutique talent advisory firm focused on equitable leadership transitions in the social justice arena, drawing on prior leadership at Axis Talent Partners and Koya Partners | Diversified Search Group to support high-impact executive searches and transitions.
