Matt brings over two decades of executive search experience with a strong track record in finance and commercially focused leadership roles, completing searches for CFOs, CAOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, Chief Commercial Officers, leaders in sales, commercial strategy and revenue management, and other senior executives. Together, the partners leverage an extensive network and a targeted, hands-on search methodology to identify, engage, and deliver leaders who drive transformation in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, Travel/Leisure/Hospitality, Healthcare Services, Pharma/Biotech, and Manufacturing.
