For employers seeking end-to-end support, Direct‑Hire Full Service Recruitment includes everything in the outreach model plus LGSS pre‑interviews with qualified candidates, collaborative candidate review discussions, scheduling of client interviews, background screening on the finalist, and support through offer and negotiations. Direct‑hire placements are backed by a clear candidate guarantee: if a placed hire resigns or is terminated for performance within 30 days of start, LGSS will provide one replacement within 60 days or issue a refund minus documented sourcing costs (advertising charges, up to $2,500), with exclusions for layoffs, role changes, policy issues, and non‑performance personal reasons.
