Swedish JobTech is an independent, non profit association dedicated to accelerating a data driven transformation of matching, guidance, and lifelong learning across the Swedish labor market. Acting as a neutral arena and platform, it brings together HR organizations, employers, startups, researchers, and public authorities to collaborate on open data, responsible use of personal data, and practical applications of jobtech that improve how people find work and develop skills. The association coordinates several working committees. The Operations committee runs seminars, webinars, newsletters, and manages the website. The JobTech Prize recognizes innovations that advance the ecosystem. A Startup committee convenes early stage members to share challenges and opportunities. In partnership with Arbetsformedlingen, the Dialog forum for Rusta och matcha supports structured information exchange between the agency IT team and external vendors to clarify what labor market data is needed and how it should be shared. The Analysis committee tracks the evolution of digital, data driven matching and maps open data assets to strengthen evidence based decisions. A committee for data driven learning explores upskilling and reskilling, AI in learning, micro credentials, and enabling technologies such as blockchain. Swedish JobTech publishes industry insights, including the Insikt JobTech report focusing on the future of work in the AI era, and hosts public webinars on its YouTube channel. It is also an advocate for MyData principles so individuals can control their own CV and skills data, enabling secure, portable, and consent based sharing across the job market. Membership is open to organizations and individuals who want to contribute to a more transparent, interoperable, and efficient labor market. While Swedish JobTech does not operate as a staffing provider, its cross sector initiatives help employers, vendors, and policymakers align on standards, ethics, and best practices that underpin modern talent strategies in Sweden.
