Company Description

Power House Resources (PHR) is a specialized staffing and workforce solutions partner focused on the energy, EPC, industrial, and oil & gas markets, helping owners, utilities, OEMs, and EPC contractors staff critical projects from concept through commissioning and operations. Guided by decades of leadership experience and a safety- and quality-first culture, PHR delivers flexible engagement models—permanent recruitment, defined and undefined contract assignments, contract-to-perm, and payroll/EOR services—to rapidly mobilize vetted talent nationwide. The company supports the full energy spectrum, including hydro, wind, solar, nuclear, natural gas, coal, and geothermal, and provides multidisciplinary coverage across engineering, construction management, project management, quality, and EHS. Typical white-collar roles include civil, electrical, mechanical, piping, and structural engineers and designers; AutoCAD/drafting; controls; planners/schedulers; estimators; construction managers; superintendents (civil, mechanical, electrical, piping, structural); procurement/warehouse; QA/QC and CWI inspectors; safety managers; site engineers; and turnover coordinators. Utilities and commissioning/startup needs are met with DCS and PLC engineers, I&C and electrical/mechanical startup engineers and technicians, and startup managers. PHR also supports blue-collar and skilled trades needs aligned to rotating equipment and industrial facilities, including millwright and turbine maintenance capabilities. Beyond staffing, PHR augments project delivery with outage support for planned and unplanned events, emergency response to restore operability, and specialized services such as fabrication and machining across steel, stainless, aluminum, Inconel, and Hastelloy, plus precision teardown, inspection, and reassembly of steam turbines, generators, pumps, blowers, and gearboxes. Tailored training programs reinforce leadership, management, maintenance, and operations to elevate human performance on site. Backed by industry affiliations and a commitment to integrity, PHR partners closely with clients to understand unique requirements and supply the right people, at the right time, to safely execute complex work and keep mission-critical assets online.
