For classic headhunting, fees are defined as a transparent fixed amount calculated from the role difficulty and target salary, typically 25 - 29% of realistic target salary plus VAT, split into two installments with a success based component at contract signature, and a free replacement if the employment ends within 12 months. Recruiter sparring is available as practical training or workshops on active sourcing, interview leadership, process control, and sensible AI integration.
