Go Silicon Valley e.V. is a member-driven initiative and management consulting network founded in 2015 to accelerate innovation and digitalization in established organizations. Operating between Los Gatos in Silicon Valley and Berlin, the association helps companies cultivate an innovation-friendly culture and establish the right conditions for corporate innovation. Its services span Think Tank programs that create strategic orientation and roadmaps, Startup Scouting to detect digital trends and identify relevant startups for collaboration, Innovation Challenges to co-develop prototypes and pilot solutions with agile methods, an Innovation Lab environment, structured Knowledge Transfer to surface enablers and blockers, and curated Innovation Journeys to ecosystems such as Silicon Valley, Tel-Aviv, and Berlin. The community comprises 30 member companies, more than 50 international cooperation partners, and 40+ network partners in Silicon Valley. Since inception, the team has delivered 50+ projects focused on corporate venturing, innovation labs, accelerator-style sprints, and cross-company learning, and has organized or contributed as speakers to 60+ events. Members benefit from xMeetings (Xperience Meetings) as a moderated knowledge exchange, preferential terms for scouting and innovation trips, opportunities to act as mentors or coaches in challenges, and access to an Innovation Hub in Los Gatos. Case studies include engagements with Wilo SE, Miele, and SmartHectar Innovation, demonstrating impact across manufacturing, consumer products, and agri-food innovation. With a compact core team and an extended partner network, Go Silicon Valley e.V. functions as a bridge between corporates and startups, enabling executives, innovation leaders, and functional experts to explore opportunities, validate ideas rapidly, and scale new business models.
