For companies, seekme.io provides a digital environment to advertise roles, receive pre-matched profiles, and initiate conversations with suitable talent based on the chosen service package. The platform facilitates the first contact but does not participate in or assume responsibility for employment contracts; suitability assessments and hiring decisions remain with the employer and candidate. Data protection is central to the model: seekme AG acts as controller under Swiss DSG and the EU GDPR, processes only the data needed to deliver the service, and does not conduct automated profiling with legal effect; optional analytics are used solely with consent.
