LINC (Lehigh Valley Inter-Regional Networking & Connecting Consortium) is a nonprofit based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that partners with employers to strengthen talent attraction, relocation, and retention across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. Serving as an extension of an employers candidate care and onboarding experience, LINCs Talent Services Program offers pre-hire consultations, virtual and in-person area tours, and customized visit itineraries that showcase neighborhoods, schools, housing, and lifestyle amenities to help candidates and their families make confident decisions. For new hires who relocate, LINC provides personalized Community Transition Services that deliver one-on-one guidance to settle quickly and feel rooted, while Career Support Services assist accompanying partners in identifying local career pathways and professional networks. To build future pipelines, LINC also offers an Early Career Summer Program that connects emerging talent with the region and its opportunities. Complementing these services, LINCs Workplace Inclusion Program equips leaders and teams with vetted resources, educational programming, and peer learning forums to advance equity, belonging, and inclusive hiring practiceshelping organizations boost engagement and retention. With more than 60 employer partners to date, LINC has supported over 2,000 newcomers, and its pre-hire impact metrics show measurable results: a significant share of candidates report increased interest in accepting offers after engaging with LINC, and employers cite the program as a clear differentiator in competitive searches. Whether supporting healthcare systems, manufacturers, universities, or professional service organizations, LINC integrates personal and professional transition support to reduce friction in relocation, enhance the candidate experience, and accelerate time-to-productivity. Headquartered at 306 S. New St., #110, Bethlehem, PA 18015, LINC continues to convene cross-sector leaders through events and roundtables, helping employers create welcoming workplaces and communities where people feel connected, get rooted, and thrive.
