For management positions, a Talent Insight Assessment is available upon request to add an extra layer of decision support. Backed by extensive training on top platforms and Indeed Featured Employer status, the team increases reach and accelerates timetohire while reducing the internal burden on client teams. The Hiring Campaign is purchased up front (a standard 30day Maximum Exposure campaign at $799, or a value package of two with a third free), with a separate hiring fee due the day a selected candidate starts. A 30day replacement guarantee underpins each hire; if a new hire leaves within the first 30 days, Hire the Winners will rerun the advertising campaign for 30 days at no charge, reinforcing speed, cost efficiency, and continuity.
