Focused on recruitment, retention, and workforce health, FireUp democratizes access to opportunities, networks, and care services, addressing geographic, demographic, and industry silos and challenges such as housing insecurity, pay parity, and mental health risks. By 2030, FireUp aims to connect more than one million workers with 100,000+ employers, 10,000+ mentors, and 1,000+ well-being services.
