This implies a stable and secure recruitment process and a successful initial and ongoing cooperation. ESBEES helps our clients businesses to grow through our knowledge about strategy and everyday life and how to create sustainable financial results with human insight. CANDIDATES: ESBEES often finds suited and motivated candidates through our network. Once the contact has been established, we contact you to talk about your current situation as well as your future position demands to evaluate the possibilities of an immediate match. You are hereafter asked to forward your CV and any additional documentation and we agree on a personal meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the specific vacancy and the further recruitment process. After the initial meeting you will receive a link to an online personality test. If you are selected to meet our client, we prepare your personal dossier including important information about you as a candidate. The client will be presented to a number of candidates. We will attend at the presentation. After the presentation the client selects one or two candidates for the second presentation. We will also attend during the second presentation. Finally the client selects and forms a contract with the selected candidate.
