On the professional side, ECA places entry-level through senior leadership, including controllers and CFOs with Big 4 experience, across strategic finance and operations such as FP&A, accounting, sales and marketing, budgeting, risk management, M&A integration, tax strategy, ROI analysis, as well as transactional functions like AP, AR, billing, payroll, credit and collections, and purchasing. Their operational and technical finance capabilities include GL accounting, policy and controls, internal and external reporting, internal audits, cost accounting, fund accounting and administration, tax compliance, SEC reporting, and revenue accounting. ECA also delivers administrative talent across benefits administration, customer service and call centers, data entry, human resources and recruiting, and professional administrative support.
