HKA strengthens technology delivery through its subsidiary Data Based Development Systems (DBDS), acquired in 2017, which leads technical staffing and solutions including software development and cloud enablement, integration and divestiture support, business intelligence/data analytics, and IT managed services. The 2020 acquisition of Talus Partners further enhanced HKAs technical platform and presence in the Northeastern U.S., adding talent and capabilities that complement DBDS.
