Company Description

Grace HR Consulting, LLC is a New York Citybased boutique human resources advisory led by Founder and Principal Grace Chung, partnering with highgrowth organizations to scale HR functions, strengthen cohesive workplace cultures, boost employee engagement, and improve performance. The firm delivers HR consulting and special projects that develop and formalize practical HR practices, policies, and programs, with specialties spanning performance and talent practices, people manager development, employee engagement, operating principles (culture and values), employee relations, organizational design, and diversity and inclusion. Engagements are structured for impact and speed, often running three to six months and following a clear DiveDesignDeliver arc that blends best practices with compliance and business pragmatism. Grace brings extensive Fortune 500 experience across financial services and technology, as well as exposure to life sciences and other sectors; her client work includes companies of varying sizes, from teams of 100 to enterprises with several thousand employees, including real estate technology, software engineering organizations, and beauty/skincare brands. Previously, at Capital One she was an HR Business Partner supporting technology executives to build leadership bench strength for digital growth, coauthored an enterprise unconscious bias guide, shaped internal mobility updates, served as HR Site Leader for the Flatiron campus of 500 employees, and consulted Commercial Banking on strategies to secure top lending talent. At BlackRock she partnered with two global businesses and served as business manager for the Institutional Client Business, creating career development practices, role expectations and career pathing, informing sales training, and launching mentorship initiatives. Earlier, she was a Learning & Development consultant at Goldman Sachs for investment banking analyst training and began her career in corporate compensation at Morgan Stanley designing executive pay structures. Recognized by senior leaders for a pragmatic, peoplefirst style, datadriven judgment, and willingness to ask hard questions, Grace partners sidebyside during critical moments to deliver results through people development and thoughtful organizational design.
