As part of the CareerSource Florida network and an American Job Center partner, CSRC connects businesses with qualified talent while helping Floridians prepare for, obtain, and advance in employment. For employers, CSRC delivers comprehensive recruiting support that includes job postings on EmployFlorida, candidate sourcing and prescreening, facilitated hiring events and job fairs, and specialized initiatives for veterans and priority populations. The organization also helps companies build and retain a skilled workforce through registered apprenticeship development, OntheJob Training (OJT) with partial wage reimbursement, Incumbent Worker Training, and navigation of incentives such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit and Florida Flex. When businesses face layoffs or disruption, CSRC provides Rapid Response and disaster assistance services to stabilize operations and support affected workers. For job seekers, CSRC offers career planning, skills assessment, WIOAfunded training aligned to the regional demand occupations list, reemployment assistance navigation, and access to Hot Jobs, with tailored programming for veterans and youth. Services are delivered at the new Comprehensive Career Center at 4100 Okeechobee Road, Suite 90A in Fort Pierce, complemented by satellite access points and mobile outreach, with multilingual and accessibility support available. Through partnerships like Hope Florida, the Florida Atlantic Workforce Alliance, and local training providers, CSRC convenes employers, educators, and community organizations to align talent pipelines with real business needs.
