Beyond sourcing and evaluation, the team supports clients with interview logistics, structured feedback, offer management and negotiations, as well as onboarding assistance and integration planning to ensure a smooth transition from acceptance to impact. XCI offers flexible tiers of service to match different hiring scenarios: an initial-fee search with balance due at completion; Engaged search with milestone-based installments; Retained services on a monthly basis for ongoing talent acquisition with no per-hire fees; and On-Demand augmentation to bolster in-house talent teams and proactively build pipelines for current or future roles.
