Families and care seekers can search thousands of active provider profiles, apply simple filters to narrow by skills and proximity, and maintain full control over who they engage, negotiating pay rates, schedules, and scope directly. Registration is always free for providers, while seekers choose from affordable membership plans with a free 30day trial on all tiers, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and a Business plan designed for those supporting multiple clients and searching across different ZIP codes; plans autorenew until canceled and invoices are stored within the user account. Supportal is selfdirection friendly, encouraging seekers to consult their FI/Broker regarding reimbursement of membership fees, and facilitates trust by offering access to selfservice background checks through GoodHire.
