The founding partners, Pasquale Buono and Anthony Greco, bring deep, hands-on experience from both agency and corporate environments; Pasquale has more than 25 years in talent acquisition, including leading commercial TA at Celgene (now Bristol Myers Squibb), launching multiple billion-dollar sales forces, and establishing a global TA training function, while Anthony’s 13+ years span agency success, entrepreneurship, and leadership roles at Celgene and BMS across Field Commercial and Global TA Operations. This dual perspective enables Summit to advise on end-to-end hiring processes, strengthen recruiter–hiring manager collaboration, and thoughtfully assess the use of AI to enhance efficiency without losing the human connection.
