The firm’s methodology combines data assessment and analysis, TCO modelling, load profiling, infrastructure siting and corridor planning, stakeholder alignment, and program management—bridging transport and energy to ensure grid readiness through smart charging, demand response, and DSO role definition. GreenBee actively contributes to sector knowledge, integrating current insights into delivery and authoring thought leadership, including lead authorship for a UNECE report on electrification of mobility.
