The team includes President Mike Oliver, an electrical engineer and experienced senior executive who founded and grew technology businesses and held leadership roles across the energy, engineering, and military/aerospace industries; Partner Andy Justason, an engineering and operations leader with more than 25 years in pulp and paper and nuclear power, spanning production, maintenance, research, management, and governance; and Marc Savoie, a seasoned software product leader and active angel investor with a record in organizational planning, execution, and customer success. Together, they bring deep experience in corporate and business development, product and project management, partner development, and capital raising to help clients de-risk decisions and execute growth with rigor.
