Thank you for visiting the Website talentbusinesspartners.com (hereinafter “the Website”), managed and operated by Conversion Partners SL, a company incorporated under Spanish law, registered at the Spanish Trade Register, with registered office at C/ Las Tejas 8, 04007 Almería, Spain and with enterprise number ESB04829644. (hereafter: Talent Business Partners).

Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They apply to any visit to and use of the Website and to Free and Premium Profiles. By using the Website, you undertake to accept and comply with these Terms of Use.

Purpose

The Website consists of a database of (1) staffing & recruitment companies (2) job boards (3) recruitment tech companies.

All aforementioned companies are entitled to a free basic profile on the Website ("Free Profile"). They may claim this profile and elect to retain their Free Profile or upgrade to a Premium Profile at their discretion, subject to these Terms of Use. Furthermore, users may opt to delete their profile.

Information

The information we provide on or through the Website may contain inaccuracies of all kinds.

We do not warrant the reliability, correctness and accuracy of this information or its suitability. We provide this information without warranty of any kind, and we expressly reserve the right to change the information on the Website at any time.

In case you have claimed your profile on the Website, you are responsible for the completeness, correctness,… of your profile and all related information.

Profiles

3.1. Automatic listing of companies

The data displayed on our Website are derived from public sources and are presented in order to provide a comprehensive and accessible company database.

3.2. Basic Profiles

Should a company wish to update the details of their listing on our Website, they may do so by utilising the "claim listing" function. This enables the company to create a free Basic Profile, after which it has the option to correct or update their details. It is the company's responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and current.

3.3. Premium Profiles

In addition to offering free listings, we provide Premium Profiles that include enhanced features.

A Premium Profile allows companies e.g. to upload their business logo and gain access to other enhanced features. Subscription to a Premium Profile is based on a yearly subscription, billed annually and automatically renewed.

3.4. Request for data removal

Should a company wish to remove its profile from our Website, it may do so by submitting a request to that effect. To submit a request, please email info@talentbusinesspartners.com. We will process this request as soon as possible.

2.5. Profile security

It is the Company's responsibility to safeguard the confidentiality of the login details and to ensure that the Profile remains secure. Your username and passwords are therefore strictly confidential and you must inform us immediately if your username and/or password comes to the knowledge of third parties or in case of any suspicion that this might be the case.

Any change to data following successful authentication with your username and password will be considered to have been made by you.

Pricing and Payment

We refer to the Website for detailed pricing information on the various Profiles and advertising options. Payments are in EUR and are normally made by credit card, the fastest and preferred option. Payments via transfer are also allowed and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date to the following bank Profile number: IBAN ES5001821809010201673052 – BIC (BBVAESMM) and with the order number as reference.

Non-payment of an invoice on the due date shall, by operation of law and without prior notice of default, give rise to interest of 1% per month commenced and to additional compensation of 10% of the invoice with a minimum of 100 EUR, without prejudice to legal and other costs and damages. In the event of (partial) non-payment of even one invoice, all outstanding, even non-due amounts, shall become immediately due and payable.

Any protests to invoices must be made in writing, within five (5) calendar days of receipt, stating the reasons for the complaint.

External Partners & Hyperlinks

We may collaborate with third-party partners to provide certain information, services, and products through the Website. Furthermore, the Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party Websites or web pages or make references to them.

However, we do not control the content or other characteristics of those Websites or web pages, and we are not liable for their content, characteristics, availability, or otherwise. The inclusion of links on our Website does not constitute an implicit approval of the content of the linked Websites or web pages.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for violations of the law, infringement of intellectual property rights or other rights by external partners or third parties. For Companies with Free or Premium Profiles, the latest version of the Terms of Use will be sent to the email address associated with their Profile.

These Terms of Use shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with Belgian law, which shall be the exclusive applicable law in the event of any dispute.

In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use, the courts of the judicial district of our registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
