Temporary Staffing covers uitzenden, providing vetted professionals on an interim basis while We Will manages employer responsibilities; when the match proves successful, clients can hire the professional after the assignment without transfer costs. The delivery process is transparent and structured: needs assessment, vacancy creation and attraction strategy, targeted sourcing across networks and channels, rigorous CV and profile evaluation, comprehensive candidate presentations, interview coordination, offer support, and post-placement follow up to ensure lasting success. Commercial terms are designed to be clear and client friendly: no cure no pay without upfront fees, non-exclusive engagement so clients may recruit in parallel, a placement fee set at 22 percent of gross annual salary, and a 3 month guarantee under which We Will will refill the role at no cost if a placed hire departs within that period.
