NNU Norsk Naeringslivsutvalg ved CBS is a volunteer student organization that connects more than 1200 Norwegian students at Copenhagen Business School with employers in the Norwegian labor market. Established in autumn 2005 by five Norwegian CBS students, NNU has grown into the primary bridge between studies in Denmark and career opportunities in Norway by organizing year round corporate presentations, executive talks, Career Day (Karrieredagen), and Industry Day (Naeringslivsdagen). Through these events, participating companies gain targeted access to resourceful business students and graduates while students build networks, learn about employer expectations, and explore internships, graduate programs, and full time roles. Partners and featured employers include leading professional services and financial institutions such as Deloitte, EY, BDO, PwC, Nordea, and Norges Bank, as well as consulting and sector firms like Accenture, Clarksons, and Posten Bring. NNU also curates job and internship postings on its website and supports both on campus and digital activities, enabling employers to profile their brands and directly engage with talent across disciplines such as finance, accounting, strategy, analytics, and technology. The organization is run by an elected board of engaged student volunteers who continuously improve the offering for Norwegian CBS students and recruit new board members each February to ensure continuity and development. By facilitating structured employer student touchpoints, NNU helps companies strengthen early talent pipelines for internships, graduate intakes, and junior permanent hires while reducing the distance between academia and working life. Its activities emphasize professionalism, inclusivity, and mutual value creation, providing employers with efficient access to a concentrated community of Norwegian business students and giving students practical insight, mentorship opportunities, and a clear route into the Norwegian business ecosystem.
