Working longer is not always a given. That is why we founded Nestor, the first temporary employment agency for the over-50s and pensioners.
We specialise in Nestor jobs. Those jobs specifically fit the profile of an experienced worker who wants to work at a different pace. Just as young people are used for student jobs, we want to use our Nestors as experienced employees for temporary, flexible and part-time jobs. We do not work with offices, but use a digital model complemented by personal contact.
Nestor NV is a recognised temporary employment agency in the Flemish Region with number VG.2142/U. This gives us the opportunity to employ people flexibly in a quality manner.
Finding suitable people is not self-evident. This is logical, because everyone is fishing in the same pond. Few consider hiring people over 50. Wrongly so, because over-50s often have the experience you are looking for, combined with a solid work mentality. Do you sometimes need flexible employees who are still loyal?
