References are checked on strengths and potential pitfalls, and client candidate meetings are facilitated through to offer and acceptance. After a successful placement, the firm maintains contact with both client and candidate for at least six months to support sustainable success, and placed candidates receive a complimentary session with a professional coach. Goede Executive Search also supports interim assignments, placing entrepreneurial communications leaders who deliver structure, resolve crises and elevate corporate and public communications agendas.
