Employers and applicants access the platform via dedicated portals, making it easy to standardize and scale screening, strengthen employer branding, and support purposeful hiring strategies, including initiatives to evolve or reinforce a desired culture. Beyond the platform, CounterpartMatch delivers workshops that provide official basic and advanced certification for HR, recruiting, organizational development, leadership, and executive selection professionals; curricula cover psychometrics, interpreting personality and values profiles, organizational culture analysis, person-organization fit indices, leadership evaluation, and executive assessment. Training hours may be eligible for CHRP professional development credits, sessions can be delivered in cities such as Calgary or onsite for client teams, and participants receive their own assessment reports as part of the learning experience.
