For job seekers, offerings include individualized job search support, coaching on resume, interview, and LinkedIn readiness, access to training scholarships for in-demand skills, apprenticeships that enable participants to earn while they learn, specialized programs for veterans and individuals with disabilities, and tailored pathways such as Elevate360 for experienced professionals and Engage for young adults ages 1824. For employers, CareerSource Palm Beach County delivers practical hiring and workforce solutions through business services that include candidate sourcing and referrals, internships and work experience programs to develop future talent at no cost to the employer, training and hiring incentives that offset onboarding and upskilling expenses, multi-employer career fairs and events, and timely workforce insights. The organization convenes education and industry partners through regional consortiums, certifies and manages eligible training providers, and maintains accountability and public access to reports, records, and notices in alignment with federal and state requirements.
